With will, determination, and hard work, the agency AODA – Agence Olivier Deverini Architectes has seen its staff steadily grow over the past 13 years. Three new hires, a BIM Manager and two additional site managers, will join the team in May 2021. The existing team is enriched with diverse profiles and experiences, always striving for more comprehensive work.
Capable of adapting and identifying needs, Olivier DEVERINI has taken the right initiatives to address the workload and various requests/requirements, providing advice and experience.
With a young, responsive, diverse, complementary team that listens to the client, the agency, thanks to its experience, guarantees each phase of the project, from preliminary study to project delivery.
Its financial structure has solidified year after year, enabling it to handle all types of projects. In recent years, large-scale projects have allowed the agency to expand and effectively respond to requests within very reasonable deadlines.
Our agency, perfectly structured, is capable of managing large-scale projects. The team will be exclusively dedicated to the project, with a full-time project manager being the primary point of contact for the client.

Regarding public real estate projects, we have had the honor of participating in 2 projects within groups of architects in partial project management missions, never having been commissioned for a complete project management mission by the Public Works Department, even for small-scale projects. However, the AODA agency has had the honor of being entrusted with large-scale projects by private clients who place their trust in us. This is why our motivation is unwavering in delivering your high-quality project. We will proudly take on the mission to meet your expectations and respond to the interest of the Principality for this land development project.
