On 27 February 2019, Agence Olivier Deverini Architecture unveiled the Monaco Pavilion for Expo 2020 Dubai, under the theme “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future!”

An Iconic Pavilion for Monaco

With the theme “Monaco 360°, A World of Opportunities,” the Monaco Pavilion, designed by Olivier Deverini in collaboration with OOS agency and animated by Facts & Fictions, will cover more than 1,700 m². It is distinguished by its polygonal shape, reflecting the many facets of the Principality and the Sovereign Prince’s commitment to environmental protection.

This eco-responsible pavilion, equipped with photovoltaic panels and a grey water recycling system, will be entirely energy self-sufficient. At the entrance, an iconographic mural will depict the history of Monaco, welcoming visitors into an immersive world.

The journey continues through the “Garden of Opportunities,” which comprises six thematic stations: art and culture, science and research, Monaco Explorations, ocean and biodiversity protection, offshore extension, and innovation and technologies. At the heart of this garden, a kaleidoscope will offer a 360° immersive experience, plunging visitors into the very essence of Monaco.
